These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of sunaholidays's Website, located at sunaholidays.holidayfuture.com.

1. Booking & Identification

All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID or passport as required by local authorities. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking is allowed to stay.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.

3. Payment & Security Deposit

Full payment must be completed before or at check-in. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection. Any damages or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted.

4. House Rules

No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Guests must follow all building and community rules.

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for keeping the property and its contents in good condition. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

6. Utilities & Amenities

Utilities such as electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and AC are included unless stated otherwise. Misuse may result in additional charges or eviction without a refund.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

The property is professionally cleaned before check-in. Guests must leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies follow the terms agreed at the time of booking. No refunds for early check-out or no-shows.

9. Safety & Security

Guests must ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Use all appliances responsibly. Exterior CCTV may be installed for security purposes.

10. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if house rules are violated or illegal activities occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and checking in, the guest agrees to comply with all of the above Terms & Conditions.
